Owensby & Kritikos, Inc. We have provided project construction personnel on construction up-grades of producing facilities both on land and offshore.  We have staff API-510, 570 and 653 personnel that serve as quality control and quality assurance inspectors on chemical, refining and pipeline projects.  API personnel also function as permanent on-site representatives supporting client inspection departments on a full time basis.

O&K has supported our customer’s inspection requirements on pipe mill manufacturing projects for pipelines and pipe tendons for deep water floating SPARS.  These projects were completed in foreign mills in Italy, Germany and Japan.  We have furnished NACE certified coating inspectors for the oil and gas industry for over twenty-five years.
